Cash Alert Japan is a free iOS app that explains which shop genres in Japan tend to be cash-only and lets users share reports about shop payment methods. The App is provided by Lumina AI Co.

2. Accuracy of Information

Genre guidance and user-submitted reports are provided for general information only. Whether a specific shop accepts cards, mobile payments, or cash only can change at any time and may differ from what the App shows.

• Always confirm accepted payment methods directly with the shop before ordering.
• User-submitted reports are not verified and may be inaccurate or outdated.
• Lumina AI Co. is not responsible for declined payments, fees, or any inconvenience arising from reliance on App information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
• Submit false or misleading shop or payment reports.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Lumina AI Co.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina AI Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
